Family Courts (Amendment) Bill, 2022

The Family Courts (Amendment) Bill was moved by the Law Minister Kiren Rijuju.

The was presented for consideration before the Parliament. Many MPs raised the issue of pending cases. One of the MPs said that over 11.4 Lakh cases are pending and it need to be settled in speedy matter.

It should be noted that 715 Family Courts are there are in our country.
